Holly Benesch – Chief People Officer

Holly Benesch serves as Chief People Officer for Waséyabek, leading people strategy across talent acquisition, employee experience, organizational development, culture, engagement, compensation and benefits, and HR operations. She partners with executive leadership to align people initiatives with business objectives while supporting a workplace where employees can thrive.

With more than 16 years of human resources experience in government contracting, Holly has supported organizations focused on scientific research, engineering, software development, testing, and federal services. She began her career as a technical recruiter and grew into a broad HR leader, helping organizations build scalable people practices that support mission success and employee engagement.
Before becoming Chief People Officer, Holly served as Director of Human Resources for VES, LLC, a Waséyabek Federal Group company, where she helped strengthen culture, support business growth, and develop people-focused programs and policies.

Holly’s leadership philosophy is rooted in servant leadership and guided by humility, transparency, consistency, and genuine care for others. Inspired by her faith, she strives to lead with grace, wisdom, and integrity while helping people reach their potential.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Finance from Elizabethtown College, a master’s degree in Human Resources Development, and a Graduate Certificate in Management and Leadership from Towson University.

Holly resides in Bel Air, Maryland, with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her children from the soccer sidelines, spending time with family, and serving in her local church and community.
