John Holliday – Board Member

John J. Holliday was appointed by the NHBP to a new four-year term with the Waséyabek Development Company, LLC (WDC) Board of Directors in June 2020.

Mr. Holliday majored in Industrial Management at Lawrence Technological University and is a past member in good standing with the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and Engineering Society of Detroit. Holliday is currently the President of American Heritage Group, Inc., a registered minority and diversity corporation, which provides executive search, supplemental staffing, print technology solutions, computer consulting, and Tier I and II automotive market places. Mr. Holliday is a senior level executive with more than 40 years of measurable success as a business owner and manager, and gained his experience at companies such as General Tire and Rubber Company, Clairol Appliance, Teledyne Water Pik, and Marathon Industrial Door and Crane Company.

Mr. Holliday served on the NHBP Gaming Commission as a founding member starting in November 2007 and served until the end of his most recent appointment in 2016. During the last 5 years of his appointment, he held the position of Vice-Chairman.
