Cierra Craig serves as the Administrative Assistant for Waséyabek Development Company, LLC (WDC). Prior to joining WDC, Ms. Craig served in various administrative roles, including the Grand Rapids Urban League, the Literacy Center of West Michigan, and Booking.com. Ms. Craig is nearing the completion of a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ferris State University.
With over ten years of administrative and customer support service experience, Ms. Craig offers significant abilities and experience in organizing, prioritizing, confidentiality of documents, and detailed preparation of reports and projects. Previous employment at the Literacy Center of West Michigan and the Grand Rapids Urban League has allowed Ms.Craig to work side by side with senior administrators on matters regarding finance, processes of care, and client satisfaction. She has acquired a great understanding of principles and practices, planning, and records management.
