Meg Haizlip – Vice President of Human Resources & Administration

Meg Haizlip holds a degree from the University of New Mexico and has over 25 years of Human Resources experience; managing geographically dispersed workforces in as many as 16 states and two continents, simultaneously. She holds a Tribal Human Resources Professional Certification (THRP), a Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR), and is a certified payroll professional.

Meg has 14 years of experience working with Tribally-owned entities managing both commercial and federal companies with multiple 8(a) certifications. She has been responsible for up to 275 employees.

Meg has a proven ability to foster relationships with all levels of candidates understanding that we hire people, not resumes. 

As Vice President of Human Resources & Administration, Meg is responsible for commercial and federal Human Resource Management, updating policies and procedures for WDC and its subsidiary companies, and assisting with acquisitions and 8(a) certifications. She coordinates Human Resource strategies with all pertinent internal stakeholders.

Life outside of work includes traveling, swimming, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
